Artsy Ghost Perler

Another of the weird enemies from the Mother series. These guys appear in Osohe Castle early in the game are actually fairly dangerous. They can use PK Freeze, but they more often use up a turn discussing art or critiquing themselves. It's one of the things I love about Earthbound and especially Mother 3. A lot of enemies would actually be very strong compared to the party when you meet them if they actually used attacks every turn, but instead they do things that add flavor to them half the time.

I mainly made this to go with the other "art" enemies from the series: Abstract Art and Dali's Clock.
