So, here's the Kefka I originally intended to do for the big FF6 battle scene.
Kefka is the by far the loudest sprite I've ever done. He's amazingly colorful in the game and the perler palette just makes him brighter to the point of ridiculousness. Fortunately, it suits him perfectly and I think the sprite looks good.
