Noctowl Perler

I've always liked bird pokemon, and Noctowl is one I've always sort of imagined in my "real life" party (yes, I know how much nerdery that reveals). Outside gameplay mechanics, a large bird of prey with relatively weak psychic abilities sounds like it would be extremely versatile.

I had to leave out all the shading in this one because there simply aren't as many shades of brown in perler than there are in a Noctowl.
