Oddish Considers

Oddish considers the fallen flower. It raises deep personal questions about life, death, and the place of plants in the world. Is he, little more than a bud that can walk and think, so very different from this fallen flower? Where does an Oddish fit into the scheme of nature? Was this flower, not possessed of the ability to walk or see, just as much a being as he is?

Or perhaps he just wonders how it would taste. (Seriously, do oddishes eat? And if not, why do they have a mouth?)
